We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times given. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control(i.e. breakdown,accident,adverse weather conditions,major traffic delays,etc)

Time slots given are approximate- conditions/traffic dependent. We can keep you updated during the day, just ring.

Please inform us of any stairs/steps-lifts-long walks(15m+) to and from the van, living in a townhouse Extra item, out of hours service etc as failure to do so may result in additional charges on the day.
If your job does not state which floors,it is presumed that it is ground floor. Removal prices do differ, for obvious reasons

Excess waitingcharges do apply.(after15minutes)£50 p/h

Payment is cash taken on arrival at new property or bank transfer at least the day before(24hrs to clear)

Prices quoted are for listed items only and their relocation to a similar room/floor, any amendments/additions are down to our own discretion Please list your job honestly and correctly

It is your responsibility to ensure your item will fit in your property we cannot take windows out or remove doors/dismantle furniture/force items in your property

Glass/mirrors/tv's are not covered as with all couriers and are carried at your own risk

If you need items dismantling let us know beforehand

Any boxes need to be in the hall/front room on moving day please and are delivered there again

Wardrobes/cabinets/fridges/bookcases listed cover standard single/double door wardrobes/units upto1m in width and 2.10m high, any bigger please inform us first

Where no quantity of boxes/small items are listed in additional items(but are listed) section we cover 10 max.

Disassembley and re-assembly services are down to our own discretion. Especially with chipboard furniture.

Cancellation fees do apply.
72hours and shorter 100% of the fee 72hrs and more upto 50%. These are reduced by 50% if re booking your job for a later date.

Cash/bank transfer accepted.
