Based in Higham, Kent, we are an experienced European transport and removals provider, offering reliable door-to-door services across the UK and Europe. From small consignments to full household moves, we operate a flexible fleet and regularly accommodate short-notice bookings.

We pride ourselves on clear communication, realistic pricing, and professional service. Please read the important information below before booking, as it forms part of the service agreement.

Packing & Preparation
All items must be properly packed by the customer prior to collection (e.g. strong boxes, bubble wrap, stretch film). Items that are poorly or insufficiently packed are not covered for damage.

Insurance & Liability
Our service includes basic liability only, suitable for standard household goods. Unless a declared value is agreed in writing in advance, liability is limited per item and applies only to damage caused by fire, theft, collision, or vehicle overturning.

Antiques, artworks, jewellery, and high-value items are excluded unless declared and agreed beforehand. Customers transporting such items may wish to arrange additional cover separately.

Inventory & Checks
A full inventory list must be provided before collection. Customers must check their goods upon delivery. Once the delivery note (CMR) is signed, no further claims can be accepted.

Weight / Volume
Quotes are based on the information provided. If the actual load exceeds the agreed weight or space, additional charges may apply, and goods may be held until terms are agreed.

Payment Terms
Full payment must be completed before delivery either via bank transfer or in cash. A deposit will be required to secure the booking.

Cancellations
Cancellations within 7 days of collection are non-refundable.
