Please note that all quotes are for man and van only, if you require us to have a extra man then please ask how much extra for 2nd man.

Terms & Conditions:
Delivery/collection can be immediate or same day/next day. This is how the prices are kept competitive. Deliveries made between 7am -10pm.
Please note: I probably won't be the cheapest bid you get as I won't cut corners on insurance, safety or vehicle maintenance just to win jobs. Also I don't forward using carriers like UPS, DHL or TNT, it's cheaper for you to do it yourself.
Quotes are for ground floor to ground floor a surcharge of £8 per floor above ground floor will apply. Waiting time is chargeable after 20 mins, this is charge at £25 for the first hour then £20 for each hour/ part hour therefore after.
Dimensions and weights are assumed correct, any difference greater than 10% will void the quote and will be charged for accordingly.
I don't usually enter into a bidding war, I quote a price I know I can do the job for safely, professionally and reliably. If it is within your budget please accept it. I will NEVER undercut another member by £1 just to get a job.
Remember - Cheapest isn't always the best.
If items are large/bulky/heavy please make sure there is someone to help load/unload.
Quotes for Same day, Next day and sole/part loads also undertaken.
Once a quote is accepted a 50% cancellation fee will apply if canceled within 7 days of the booked date and without agreement.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
