A Durham based removal company who are passionate about delivering a hassle free experience to all customers. My van is a LWB Luton over 4 meters long and fitted with a tail lift which is capable of lifting upto 500kg. The van is kept clean inside and out at all times, and well serviced/maintained also sign written giving the customers peace of mind there delivery will always be on time. Driver has a clean licence and have over 11 years driving experience and have being CRB checked and are clean and presentable and capable of lifting. We offer both a general removal service to the public but also offer a same-day professional swift courier service to all company`s. Regular parcel delivery work is welcomed, and all prices are very competitive and a short notice service available at no extra cost. We operate 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) early till late, the prices that are quoted is the price payable no hidden extras. Long distance work may be considered, House clearance service is also available any clean and undamaged furniture is taken away free of charge. We also have managed storage available, we can store anything from a box to the contents of a home long or short term.

Before job is booked please advise us of any access issues i.e. long walks from property to van, Stairs or parking restrictions if not mentioned may incur extra cost on the day. Any parking permits/toll roads/parking fines are payable by the customer as an additional cost to the quotation. Please note any cancellations within 48 hours from booking will incur a 50% charge of the booking balance 24 hours from booking will still incur full balance to be paid in full within 24 hours. Please note Piano jobs are accepted under the assumption they are moving from groung floor to ground floor any steps need to be mentioned also we only move upright pianos. Van carries a secure mobile card machine so payments can be made using credit/debit cards small charge applies. Please note we DO NOT move soiled items or livestock and we reserve the right to cancel job on the day if items arnt packed correctly or crew consider there to be risk of injuiry/health risks. Lads arrived on time an loaded up efficiently then had to patiently wait for 5 hours as we didn't have the keys for the new place they then off loaded and returned for a second load and not one complaint all day couldn't thank them enough two superstars!!! |
