From our base in the heart of Glasgow, we offer a wide range of domestic removal, storage and packing services to suit your individual needs.
Our team of fully trained professional removers will take care of everything. We are experts in all sizes of removals , and provide a full or part packing service and can also supply a wide range of packing materials.
Our reputation is built on first class customer service and our helpful attitude and attention to detail will ensure that your move is an enjoyable experience.
We are also a members of the British Association of Removals.
We are not just a Man and Van, we are much more than that.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
. Once a bid is accepted, we will contact you by e-mail/text within 24 hours.
. Is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability or have permission for parking, if our van receives a penalty charge is customer's responsibility to reimburse the driver when payment is made
. You may incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were included in your quote. If you underestimate the quantity of your stuff the driver has the right to charge you more.
. We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.
It is the customer responsibility to make sure all the fragile items like tv, mirror etc are properly packed in the box and bubble wrap, unless they pay for packing and we will be happy to provide all the packing materials for extra charge. We do not take responsibility for damages caused in transit if they are not packed properly.
All long distance requests will require 50% up front payment and balance payable on delivery
Any damages/ losses must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Terms and Conditions are in place for the protection of the customer and us.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
