We operate a flexible scheduling system for our collection and delivery services, which may require up to 7 working days to complete. This approach enables us to optimize our routes, reduce costs, and offer competitive pricing; however, it does not allow us to accommodate specific date or time requests.
Our services include the transportation of various items, such as furniture, vehicles, caravans, and trailers. With over a decade of industry experience and comprehensive insurance coverage, we ensure careful handling, secure strapping, and protection with blankets as needed.
Please be advised that our operation is a one-man team, and assistance may be required for loading and unloading furniture items. Vehicles are transported on an open trailer, and our tow vehicle is equipped with a tachograph. Motorcycles and furniture items are transported inside our van or box van trailer.
For European jobs, payment is required in advance to cover costs. Our pricing does NOT includes customs clearance or VAT; VAT and customs charges will be invoiced separately as all good and vehicles that’s going to the EU and coming from the EU will need customs clearance, Additional collection/deliver from/to a different address or location will incur extra charges.
Our insurance coverage includes:
* UK goods in transit: up to 60,000
* UK vehicle transportation: up to 500,000
* CMR international coverage: up to 500,000 for vehicles, furniture, and other items
