we always shrink wrap items to protect from dirt damage and use heavy duty rachet straps to protect items whilst in van.

They did exactly what they wanted and that bit more. Pick up was not packaged so they took it upon themselves to wrap it to protect. You have limited communication with them but clearly all my messages to them were rec';d and they just did it as requested. Very reasonably priced too. Thank you |
