Very unprofessional. Once the job had been accepted, very poor communication. Never answered the phone, only sent texts several hours later. Promised to collect car on day of our moving house but didn't turn up. Kept stringing us along with when he could fetch it but always an excuse that he was on another job and would do ours when finished. We had to leave our old house with our car still uncollected and keys hidden on the property (which was worrying in itself). Eventually got rude text from him saying we should find someone else to do the job. |
