A family business with many years experience within transport, both in the Civilian and Military environments.
We offer a professional service and pride ourselves on the safety, security and speed of your goods. All our staff are serving, or ex forces personnel with a passion to deliver. All bids are based on one man and one van, although we do try our utmost to contact you as soon as humanly possible please allow up to 2 days as sometimes work dictates that we are away from the office for that amount of time.
If in the unlikely event of a complaint please do not hesitate to call or email immediatly within 7 days of delivery to lodge a complaint so we can resolve any issue you may have as amicably and swiftly as possible.
Before accepting my bid on Anyvan, please note,
I do work alone so help may be needed on loading/unloading heavy or cumbersome items.
If you have any stipulations on collection/delivery dates times etc please contact me via Anyvan before accepting my bid.
I always carry plenty of furniture removal blankets and bubble wrap to protect your goods if needed and have plenty of straps etc to safely secure your goods whilst in transit.
When I collect on your behalf I will contact the person I'm to collect from and arrange times etc.
When I quote for a delivery in most cases I will give a definite pick up/delivery date not a vague "pick up within 7 days and delivery within 7 days of collection"

I base my quotes on the information you provide to me on the ANYVAN Inventory etc. so please confirm you have listed all of your items.
I do understand that it's not always possible to know a complete list of boxes bags etc to be moved until the last minute, so all I ask is you keep me informed on anything extra.
Please remember to also tell me if access is a problem, things like unable to park near to addresses, parking restrictions, number of floors etc before accepting my bid.
