Hi i have been self empoiyed for 5years do deliverys for my own shop and disco's. I was working with the marine side of things picking up boats and taking them to show's up and down the uk for stirlings marine. I work do small deliverys of hire car around sctland and have business insurance on my van and have a car for fast same day deliverys.

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
