We offer a fast, reliable service, collecting and delivering goods throughout England and Wales.
Terms And Conditions:
LABOUR: In all cases the customer will have been quoted for an appropriate vehicle to transport their listed goods and a driver only, any extra manpower required for carrying items above 25kg will be the responsibility of the customer.
RISK MANAGEMENT: In ALL cases the customer will have been quoted for transport of their listed goods from a ground floor location to a ground floor location. (Increased Insurance charges would need to be applied where stairways are involved
ACCESS: Our drivers reserve the right to refuse collection or delivery of any item where the vehicle access has been deemed poor, inadequate, in breach of Highway Law or HSE Policies.
BALANCE PAYMENT: Payment will automatically be set as COD (cash on delivery). However if preferred you may Pre-Pay by PAYPAL/BANK TRANSFER before delivery, a 5% admin charge would be added to this service.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES
ADDITIONAL ITEMS: Any items not listed in the job description will be charged at £5.25p per square foot, (this is a mandatory goods insurance requirement and is non negotiable)
TIME FRAMES: All domestic deliveries will be issued AM/PM time frame for guidance purposes only and can NOT be guaranteed. In case of breakdown of our vehicles, traffic or atmospheric conditions, we are not responsible for delays.
GOODS INSURANCE: free of charge on all items up to the value of £99. (Basic cover excludes "BREAKABLES" Glass, Pottery, Slate, etc), Insurance will be void if items are not packaged or are deemed inadequately packaged. Additional Insurance cover can be purchased separately if required for high value and/or un-packaged items and/or "breakables", (ANY CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 24 hrs OF JOB COMPLETION)
All jobs undertaken by ourselves through "ANYVAN" shall be subject to our own "TERMS OF BUSINESS POLICY", copies of this can be produced on request.

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Incredibly unprofessional, accepted the job then changed the dates. Only answered once (to arbitrarily change dates of pickup). I had to cancel the job because I never heard back from him (neither did Anyvan) despite calling, texting and emailing many times asking for the pickup date asap. I had to cancel last minute on day of delivery and was stranded without anything. TO AVOID!!!! |

Accepted the job, paid anyvan then left text messages and emails for UK Port to contact me, not heard a thing and have had to do the job myself to avoid storage costs from auction house. |
