Based in the Vienne 86 France and Portsmouth Uk, we have been in the business of removals for over 19 years. We have a fleet of 3 Luton vans & two large boxed trailers to serve every need, from small items to whole household removals. We specialise in European & UK moves and have the knowledge to understand what is required to travel of vast distances whilst taking Care and pride on the Rds with your goods.
We do not contract out to third parties
Terms & conditions :
Prices quoted are based on information provided by you. If you place a job listing and have more than your specified list we may charge extra. This can be negotiated in advance or on the day. We understand that no-one can always be 100% accurate.
Please take care to be as honest and as accurate as possible as we cannot be held liable if you grossly underestimate your items and incorrect vehicles and staff are allocated to the job.
We are here to help and assist so if you have any questions or are unsure as to how to list an inventory please ask, by sending us a direct message via Anyvan messaging system on their website.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment must be made on the Removal day, and is required upon delivery, If this is a European job then this will also require immediate payment due to high overhead costs, such as channel crossings, fuel and tolls costs. *We do not settle invoices or bills after the event.
Important notice about packaging:
Please note we cannot be responsible for any poor packing or cheap packing boxes.
Once we have delivered the goods all items must be checked otherwise we cannot be held responsible afterwards.
Our Goods In Transit only covers items to a maximum specified limit, so if you have any fragile/antique item this needs to be notified in advance, as special conditions need to be agreed in advance by insurers.
2021/2 rules:
We now have to follow the new Brexit rules and require a full inventory, depending on your request. our shipping agent needs to conduct the legal requirement and prepare shipping document. goods will be confiscated if not on the list. If we are check at the port.
We make this clear so that we don't get any delays or fines.

As of today I haven't received my items (one months after pick-up). Communication got more and more sparse with the delivery man. He is now not answering any of my messages when I am just asking that we settle a date. AnyVan is doing nothing to help. WanaMove HI Alma i can only respond to apologies as we broke down in Newcastle as you know. December we are fully booked and didnt have a spare 2 days to get to you Yet we did exceed our expectations and delivered your goods before Xmas and with a two man team and your support. We can on this occasion except that we cannot always get it right, but making sure we do what is asked in the end is a resolve and very tiring drive to fit you in again before christmas.
