T&Cs
• Our quotes are based on the details provided. Any changes not agreed upon prior to accepting the bid may result in the change of the price
• We require customers to pay 20% deposit once the bid is accepted. Please note that this deposit acts as an advance of the total amount, nothing extra. The deposit will not be refundable in terms of cancellation. For customers wishing to pay by credit or debit card, there is a charge of 3% of the amount payable.
• Due to nature of the job we cannot give exact pick-up and delivery times however we can try and give time slots available
• Please contact us for special bookings at weekends / Bank holidays
• If our drivers have to wait longer than 15 minutes from arrival, we charge £30 per hour for the first two hours and £25 per hour thereafter.

• If you are paying by cash, please make sure that the payment is made before unloading the items.

• For next day bookings, bid must be accepted by 10pm the night before. For exceptional circumstances please send us a message.

• Our prices are based on loading and unloading from ground floor unless agreed otherwise prior to accepting the bid. Not agreeing in advance can result in increase of price

. We can collect / deliver from / to any floor as long as we have agreed with you before accepting our quote

• Please make sure that all goods are already packaged before pickup times unless if you have informed us differently. Else it can result in major time delays as well as increase in price


• We schedule jobs on first come first served basis. To book the dates of your choice, please accept the bid
• We can do jobs in congestion charge zone in London as long as we have been informed. If you haven't mentioned it in your listing than we have the right to cancel the job.
