Former van courier now enjoying life on two wheels! I'm a same day bike courier and can easily and quickly deliver any small deliveries you need delivered. I always go direct from the collection address to the delivery address.
I quote on the basis there is no waiting time at either the collection or delivery and that the item(s) stated is what is actually there.
If you choose to accept my quote, the deposit amount is anyvans deposit and not mine, the remaining balance after the deposit is my payment for completing the delivery. This must be paid at either collection or delivery, however, delivery will not be completed until payment is received.
I do not offer insurance on deliveries, however, that doesn't mean I don't provide and professional and careful service.
It is the responsibility of the person sending the item to ensure it is properly packaged for transport.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Trust your instinct and DON'T book Aaron - I wish I had. Apparently van broke down - that may be so and that may be understandable if he had bothered to call/text/message me to let me know! Instead I wasted half a day waiting for him, eventually had to contact Anyvan. Communication can solve everyone's frustration. Now having to try and find another courier at short notice as my customer is expecting delivery tomorrow. |

Loser category. This why the country is going to shit. Aaron on like with AnyVan are COMPLETELY unreliable. You guys left me stranded even AFTer Aaron cancelled, and you said “we’ll get it sorted”. with my 20£ deposit. It’s really a shame 8Aaron6 Good morning Felipe! I have just see your email, and your feedback! I have been severely ill for a few days and that’s why my partner emailed you advising you to contact AnyVan, it’s unfortunate that I couldn’t do the job for you and I do apologise but your feedback was unneeded and to be honest, a little offensive! Did you even contact AnyVan after being advised too by Sam to try and find another driver?! Was supposed to arrive at 8:00 he didn't come at all, no communication whatsoever, no response to calls and messages left by me and customer services. I can see from his previous feedback this has happened before, I don't understand why he couldn't just text to say he wasn't coming , that would have stopped me wasting nearly a full day that I had taken off work. |
