About Me
We operate a small fleet of Luton vans with tail lifts, and extra long wheel based sprinter vans. In order to give our customers the best possible prices we have our own secure storage where we collate deliveries.
If you have specific dates you require please advise when booking and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
Our price is all inclusive and we use blankets and straps to protect and secure your items.
We have £10,000 goods in transit insurance.
Terms and conditions:
1 - : We reserve our right to refuse jobs accepted without prior check of our availability.
2 - If you have much more items than it was mentioned on your advert in our conversation , the price may be renegotiated
3 - If there is no parking slot available and if the customer is not ready to pay the ticket fee then we reserve the right to cancel the job.
4 - We will charge 40 pounds for each hour extra hour or per delay hour .
5 - Dismantling and reassembling service is at extra charge , unless it was negotiated before job acceptance.
6 - Packing service is 10 pounds per box (includes packing - unpacking - size 1 medium box)
7 - If there's distance between where the VAN is parked and the entrance to the House or Flat bigger than 25 meters , stairs or etc, then some extra charge may occur.
8 - We reserve the right to take other jobs on board unless the initial job is a Exclusive One and the customer booked us only for his job. Which means a straight delivery and a bigger price for the job.
9 - We reserve the right to ask for 50% of the price to be paid when a job is being canceled by Customer or Job Provider.
10 - If there was no negotiation on a time slot for collection/delivery then we reserve the right to choose one.
11 - Damages must be advised on delivery otherwise insurers will not accept a claim.
