Our van has a trolley and blankets to assist with your move and also comes with sat nav.
Terms and Conditions:
* Before accepting our offer please be sure to message us to book a date and time for collection/delivery, one or two man job and to check to see if we are still available to carry out the job.
*Our service is door to door (ground floor flats only).
*Payment must be made by cash on collection/delivery.
*We will obtain a signature on delivery, and if requested we will be happy to email you a copy of PROOF OF DELIVERY at the earliest opportunity.
*Please have your items ready to transport when we arrive (dismantled etc), as this helps us to be on time for your delivery and our other customers.
*You may incur extra charges if the actual amount of stuff on the day exceeds the amount that was included in your quote. A couple of boxes/bags more would not normally cause a problem,however if you have under estimated your items by more than this then the driver reserves the right to either add an extra charge if they are able to fit it in the van, or will refuse to take if unable to fit in.
*We always aim to complete our dleiveries within the time specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e breakdown,customer delays,adverse weather conditions or traffic delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete the job within the specified time/date then we will contact you immediately and complete delivery at the soonest opportunity.
*It is the customers responsibility to ensure the availability or permission for parking.If our van receives a penalty charge it is the customers responsibility to reimburse the driver when payment is made. You may also incur additional charges if the driver has to pay for parking while loading/unloading or waiting.
*If we are sent to an alternative or wrong address then we reserve the right to make additional charges.

The transport has been scheduled for a Saturday and it was decided 3 weeks in advanced. Dh11 (60) replied: YES WE SPEND £10000 OF POUNDS BUYING all our good feedback this snotty customer gave us 2days notice as to a carnival going on right by said time and said date we tried to accommodate for her £19 job unfortunately we could not and kindly offered to pay the remaining money if positive feedback was left we understood right from job acceptance this was going to be a difficult customer and we value our customer service and our £100% all this for a little miss madam £19 job shame on you my workers work hard for the good feedback they have received. |
