We’re a trusted, accredited removals company offering a full range of professional moving and storage services across the UK and Europe. Whether you're moving a small flat or a full house, we tailor each move to suit your needs — with flexible packing options and scheduled international services.

Important Info:

● Insurance: All items are covered, but must be packed properly. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.

● Packing: Packing service must be confirmed in writing via AnyVan website messaging system. We need clear confirmation in advance that it will be required.

● Inventory: Prices are based on your inventory list. Any changes may result in extra charges — please update us if anything changes.

● Weight Limit: Max load is 80kg per 1m³ unless agreed otherwise.

● Parking: Customer is responsible for ensuring parking is available. Please notify us in advance if there are access challenges.

● Access: If there are stairs or long carrying distances (20m+), let us know beforehand.

● Waiting Time: Charged at a minimum of £70/hour.

● Cancellation: 50% of the agreed price + VAT applies for cancellations.

● Payment: Cash on delivery or bank transfer (must clear before delivery is complete).

● Office Hours: Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 5 PM. For out-of-hours contact, please email us (24/7 monitoring).
