Hi I'm 27 I have been in this business since December 2012. I started the business because there was no work around I had a driving licence and a car and realised I could do delivery work. After a month I had to start renting vans. Now I own my own Van. I'm fully committed to this job and want to make a success of it. I'm kind, polite and very trustworthy. I have been on several other websites and had very good feedback. I try and give a very good and fair price and try to combine other jobs in with the jobs I bid on so it gives the customer a good price. I am fully insured for if any reason something does happen to a customers property. I have all the appropriate equipment to ensure that peoples property is well looked after. Blankets, straps and bungee cords. I do have a safe and secure lockup fully insured so peoples items are well looked after. I work all around the UK. I SOMETIMES REQUEST THAT THE BALANCE TO BE PAID BEFORE THE COLLECTION. THIS WILL HAVE TO BE PAID INTO OUR BUSINESS ACCOUNT

Unfortunately this driver has failed to complete 2 jobs but gas taken the full payment for both totalling £180. This has now resulted in legal action being taken against the driver because of his refusal to refund payment immediately. I was looking to support a driver reasonably new to this and give the man a chance. However, he decided to call it a day in the middle of the job, go home and play football and told me to do it myself! |

Collected when indicated and delivered when indicated - the arrangement was 'flexible'. Communications (by text mostly) on the job were great and otherwise OK. Ian is doing his best in a difficult situation. |
