Great comms throughout the process and flexible about dates for collection / delivery. Their van is equipped with all of the proper gear needed to secure a bike in transit. The price was excellent considering the distance so I couldn't recommend highly enough! |

Was pleased at first with the response and fast delivery, but once delivered one of the coffee tables were missing and another broken, wardrobes and bed side cabinets scratched, television scratches on screen, hole in back of bed headboard. We contacted the company and asked them for compensation as they were insured, but they tried to say that the damages were like it already and took photos, which we asked to see the photos and they never replied back. Very disappointed and would never use again. Idb812 As stated, we have the photo's as evidence of the damaged goods, if you want to make a fraudulent insurance claim, please feel free, but the insurance company will have the evidence to prove otherwise ! The manor in which your goods were stored in your storage container was appalling, which is probably why your goods were damaged, again we do have photographic evidence of the container before we attempted to load the goods. i would say your attention needs to be made with who ever put your goods into the storage container. |
