We established the small removals company in 2004. Since that time, our business has grown steadily. We have lots of loyal customers who choose our services any time they need the professional removals. We care of every customer individually and we fulfill his or her needs very carefully. Many of our customers recommend our services their friends and family members and it is our biggest success.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
ROOM TO ROOM SERVICE!!!!
1) Please have your items READY TO TRANSPORT when we arrive (this helps us be on time for our other customers!).
2) If items need to be DISMANTLED, please let us know in advance so we can allow enough time and decide if we need to increase our price.
3) PAYMENT must be made in cash on collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in advance.
4) We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified, However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.
5) If we are sent to an alternative or incorrect ADDRESS then we reserve the right to make an additional charge.
6) If SIZE/WEIGHT/QUANTITY provided are incorrect or incomplete then we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, or refuse to transport the item(s) if there is not enough space.

This was a large move into storage and everything went very smoothly. Furniture was carefully wrapped, mattresses placed in protective bags etc and everything handled with care. The carpets in the house were covered to prevent soiling as it was a wet day. The guys were polite, careful and efficient. We were very happy with the way the move went. |
