Complete nightmare. The delivery guys were nice but some nightmare man was brokering the delivery. We thought we would never see our items. Anyvan had to get involved. Got our furniture in the end. |

This company was rubbish. OW1 Beaware of this customer items were collected however no deposit was handed over then he rang us after delivery and ask us to give a refund for good feedback otherwise he will leave very bad feedback we just ignored him and this is the result please avoid this customer we have blacklisted him . |

OW1 is a company of LIARS & non-professional EXTREMISTS. Worst experience of our lives which ended up taking legal action against these THEIVES. Avoid this company, you wont only loose your goods and money, but you will be fuming at your decision through out your life. OW1 It is clear from our feedback that majority of our customers are very happy with our service we have expanded to Europe this year due to Good customer satisfaction but there will be the odd few unhappy jollies that wanted us to do it for free |
