I was very clear that the cross trainer was very heavy but the company did not allow for this and really struggled to lift it into and out of the van. It was dragged through the mud on my driveway. I'm not particularly happy with the service but the family were very polite and tried to do a good job. I'm sure that for smaller, less heavy and cumbersome removals, they would be excellent, trustworthy and punctual. |

Michael and his colleague arrived in time, even a bit earlier than agreed. Their service was perfect. They loaded the van in max 15 minutes and 45 minutes later everything was unloaded in the other flat. They were very polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone. |
