Our Terms & Conditions:
(1) Our quote includes one person to help of load and unload. Two people can be available if requested
(2) Please ensure that your inventory/description is as accurate as possible. Our quote is based on the items stated. We fully understand nothing can be 100% accurate but we do ask our clients to be as honest as possible. If there is a vast variance in items then we do reserve the right to charge additional costs.
(3) We will keep you informed on the day of your collection and delivery if there are any delays.
(4) Upon request we are more than happy to text or email you once delivery has been completed.
(5) Our service is ground floor to ground floor if you require the driver to place/collect items in your home or carry upstairs/downstairs please state beforehand. (failure to do so may incur an extra charge)
(6) Please ensure your items are packaged appropriately as we cannot take responsibility for damaged items inappropriately packed
(7) It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability or have permission for parking, if our van receives a penalty charge notice it is the customers responsibility to reimburse the driver when payment is made
(8) Congestion charge will always be included within the quote
(9) Once a bid is accepted we will email you a confirmation email with a time and date
(10) If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
(11) It is your responsibility to ensure all items can be removed from your collection address and fit into your delivery address dismantling and re-assembling may incur extra charges

Contacted the company in advance with dimensions of large picture - 2x3 meters to check if it will fit in the vehicle. Was reassured that the vehicle is big enough to fit it. The vehicle turned up and was too small. Driver insisted that he can fit the picture diagonally even though I told him that it would damage it. He then drove off without completing the job and turned off his mobile phone. Rowe01 The paintings were able to fit into the van without any damages. You failed to have any of the paints wrapped to protect the items, given they were prints with no frames these should have been packed in order to prevent any damages. The driver informed you he was unable to carry the items without them being wrapped due to insurance purposes. |

Eric was absolutely wonderful! 10 out of 10. Lucky you if you hire him. He called when he was outside the house to pick up, came in and carefully loaded everything into the van and called me when he had unloaded the other end. I sent him on his way with a protein bar and a bottle of water. The least I could do. Perfect. |
