Family run business based around Devon. We provide a service across the UK. Not only the UK we cover but we also have weekly trips covering the whole of France. We have been running for 4 years. We are reliable and professional and are flexible. We aim to provide a service to be remembered.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We will ensure that any bid for collection/delivery that is accepted will be completed within 30 days of acceptance. 90% of bookings are completed within 7-14 days. Outside of the stated 30 days will be agreed and will usually come with free storage.
If you need a specific date or time frame then please arrange this with us before accepting our bid. Though every effort will be made to meet deadlines, unless it has been agreed in writing before, we cannot take responsibility.
Collection and delivery will be made by a one-man service, as such with all heavy and bulky items assistance will be required.
Our company will not cover any accidental damage to property caused while removing or delivering any items, therefore all items must be outside ready on day of collection and delivery will be to the nearest safe place to the property as we can. We can however, at the company’s or driver’s discretion, provide help to remove items from property at owner’s risk.
We reserve the right as a company to make an additional charge for any items not already agreed for collection/delivery.
Cancellations – Cancellations 24 hours prior to the arranged collection/delivery will not incur a charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the agreed collection/delivery will be charged at 50% of our booking charge (not including AnyVan fees).
No deliveries will be released without full payment.
Payments – Cash on delivery/collection, PayPal, Card (3% charge) or cleared cheque in advance.
We reserve the right to use sub-contractors where needed at our discretion.
Here at AnyVan, we recognise the importance of finding a reliable company hence the reason for the Certified Badge found on their profile page.
The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified = 20 - 70 successful jobs
- Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

It took ages for the delivery to happen. I had to contact the auction house etc even though I gave the people doing the shipping all the necessary info. The painting was eventually picked up and delivered safely. Stu85 Thank you for your feedback. No time constraints were relaid to ourself s before accepting our bid even though it states to do so in our term and conditions. Originally planned to collect item on a weekend but location closed. Every effort was made to collect the item but we were told there was no hurry. £115 for a collection from Paris city centre to Devon I think is reasonable to expect this to be completed in a longer than usual time frame. |
