Member of the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) we operate a small yet friendly and conscientious business in the transportation of light goods anywhere within the UK (Europe considered)
All items are carefully packed for transit and protected with soft blankets where appropriate and strapped down to avoid unnecessary damage.
The aim is to keep the price as low as genuinely possible and yet retaining a quality customer focused attitude.
Keep upto date with the progress of your shipment by text message reports throughout the delivery / collection. This is a FREE service to all our customers.
We hope to offer an affordable alternative to mainstream delivery firms by part-loading where possible with our own jobs and work-flow.
TERMS OF BUSINESS: (please read carefully)
1. Operation as a single driver only, additional assistance MUST be confirmed prior to acceptance (fees may apply)
2. It is the senders responsibility to ensure the item(s) are adequately protected for transit. We take no responsibility towards damaged goods which have either no or little protection. Wrapping your items for you may carry further charges.
3. Where multiple items are to be collected then it is the responsibility of the collection point, and not the driver's, to ensure all parts are made available.
4. Hours of delivery are normally between 6am and 9pm unless otherwise agreed. ETA's are provided once delivery is an hour away.
5. Delivery is strictly to your door. The driver will not take items into your premises, upstairs or into different rooms. If agreed then this is at the driver's discretion.
6. Goods in transit insurance. There is currently insurance in place to the value of £15,000
7. Payment is strictly via cash, BACS transfer or PayPal (fees apply). Sorry NO CHEQUES. You may be asked to pay by BACS or PayPal prior to collection when one of our independent drivers are scheduled to complete your job. If you cancel the job within 24 hours you will be liable to cancellation fees.
8. We reserve the full right to refuse off loading your items at the delivery point until payment in full is received. This is at the driver's discretion and due to loss of revenue.
9. Complaints & feedback . We will do our best to resolve any issue you may have. Please allow us to help you before leaving any negative feedback.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Good job overall. Assembled and Disassembled my mid-sleeper bed as well which was one of the core requirement. They were careful with the furniture though it is recommended that the customer should ensure that any important furnitures are wrapped around for added protection. |

Failed to complete job, wanted another £65 as didn't realise there was a ferry crossing-although you can go the mainland route round. Spoke to anyvan and was credited deposit as couriers job to check route beforehand. THEVAN05 The thumb nail map failed to show the ferry crossing in Scotland and the post failed to mention it either within the special instructions. This was somewhat misleading for the driver you are totally unaware until you zoom right into the map. There simply isn't time to check every single detail when placing bids on numerous jobs. I apologised and immediately offered the customer several options to resolve. They decided to relist and managed to find a cheaper overall quote. Win, Win |
