We are a family run business based in Bicester who pride ourselves on providing a fast,friendly and reliable service for your moving needs. Whether it be single items from place to place, or your larger items during a home move
You can relax in the knowledge that we hold full GIT/Public liability insurance (£2 million) meaning your items will be handled with great care and attention. We can provide transport of single/multiple items/ light house moves/ next day delivery and much much more.
We strive to keep costs down for our customers, this means that if 1 man is enough for the job and you are willing to get stuck in with loading/unloading, you will be rewarded with a discount.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO ACCEPTING ANY QUOTES!
*All prices are based upon your items being ready for transportation on arrival (i.e dismantled where necessary) . Unfortunately, due to recent occurrences, any avoidable delays will incur a charge depending on circumstances.
** A small fee may be applied on any cancellations within 48 hrs of completion. This is due to myself being unable to fill your allocated time slot at such short notice.
** All quotes are based on items being ground floor to ground floor only (unless previously discussed). A small fee may be applied should extra levels need to be reached.
** My quotes are based on the items you have listed, please make sure your inventory is as accurate as possible, I appreciate that some itineraries are prepared in advance of packing so I do give some leeway but if the items listed increase substantially this may incur additional costs.
** Wherever possible, please make sure that adequate parking is available at both pick up and delivery locations- a small fee may be applied should we be required to carry items more than 10 metres away from the properties.
** Customers are contacted prior to the job taking place to discuss job requirements and times. Upon reaching your final destination, a charge of £25 for every 30 mins of waiting may be applied (DEPENDING ON CIRCUMSTANCES).

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Friendly but wasn't delicate when it came to handling my goods. Upped the price to the one set. Tom2513 This is a highly disappointing feedback and extremely untrue. Your belongings were handled with the utmost of care as well as you being provided a free lift for yourself and your cat. The quantity of items was over double what you had listed on the inventory which naturally increases the cost involved to yourself. You also were not present for this move so your comments completely lack credibility. I'm saddened to think people would spread discontent vindictively. |
