If you have more items than stated on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
To avoid extra charges stairs must be mentioned if the job involves stairs .
If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
Please note we are not responsible or liable in any way for loss of income/time off work whatsoever you may have incurred while waiting for us to deliver or collect.
If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £20 per 30 minutes will be charged,
Sometimes things go wrong, traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day, whilst we will endeavour to keep you fully informed we may due to time restraints have to reschedule your job.

It the customers responsibility to check that all your personal belongings be able to leave and enter your new home or place of work.
Beds and wardrobes must be dismantled beforehand.
We charge £5 to £25 extra dismantling and assembling.
Please charge for boxes and packing materials.
We charge £ 15 to £25 for goods insurance that will cover you up to 50k this is optional.
No job will be booked until you correctly completed the details on your job listing, including Contact Telephone Numbers, full Postal address for both collection and delivery address.
It is customers responsibility to make sure our removal vans have free parking on the day of the job.
Due to traffic and road work delays We offer slots
Early Slot 8am - 12pm
Mid Slot 12pm - 4pm
Late Slot After 6pm
Please Note our Goods insurance does not cover stretches on walls or items please bubble wrap before band.
We do not accept abuse or violent behaviour of any kind.

Anyvan does not allow us to cancel bids until 6 hours later so always message us before accepting our bid to assure were still available for the job thank you.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

I would never recommend this company: TopRates 1. The address provided takes you a bridge and not at the actual properly as the was is yet to be completed. 2. this customer had way more then listed I'm very reasonable man 3 This customer herself couldn't find the location but somewhere expected us to find it 4. after find the address the security people had as waiting there for over 1hr 5 we arrived at 1.30pm but couldn't unload until 3 30 6. This we had to park in a huge car park then travel over 300 steps followed by loading and unloading a lift then walk a further 30 steps 7. This customer thinks its ok to speak to people in whatever matter she pleases |

Though there had been a breakdown in communication between AnyVan and TopRates, who did not realise they were moving out of a 2nd floor flat into a bungalow, with a knock-on increase to the overall cost of the job (I cannot be certain if I specified this in the initial work request), the TopRates team were proactive and courteous. |

the guys who helped us move were absolutely brilliant, extremely polite, helpful, nice and super-efficient. not too sure by any van.com as had a few organisational hiccups, but couldn't recommend our movers enough. |
