All items need to be suitably packaged for Transportation. 2a. Collection/Delivery would occur on Weekdays anytime between 9:00am to 5:30pm. 3. Standard cover as per our terms and conditions supplied. Additional Insurance is available at request subject to terms and conditions. 4. Our drivers do not carry cash hence we require payment upfront prior to collection being arranged using the options on the auto email 5. For Non-EU Collections/Deliveries, you will need to produce an invoice for customs purposes. 6. All our courier shipments can be tracked online. 7. Any customs duty/taxes at destination (Outside E.U) are not included. We trust the above is acceptable.

Very good price and no problems with pick-up or delivery - tail lifts supplied as requested. Delivery driver from Norbert Dentressangle was extremely helpful as the units were very heavy and had to be positioned at bottom of steep slope. Job was placed just before Christmas when other firms weren't being very helpful! |

Absolutely shocking! My housekeeper spent 4 days waiting in for courrier, when one arrived he refused to wait 2 minutes while she attached labels when she had not been asked to do by the courrier in advance, then we were told they had been collected when it hadn't, then nobody turned up when they said they would, then finally they have collected the parel far too late for it to reach us in time for our onward journey. Very poor reaction, no apology, no attempt to revise mistakes. Extremely upsetting experience. Ebc RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH. DRIVER TURNED UP ON TUESDAY NO NOTES HAD BEEN PRINTED OFF , THEN WENT BACK FOR NEXT 4 DAYS NO ONE IN , COLLECTED TODAY IN THE END THEN WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE GOODS BACK TO THE SUPPLIER, WE HAVE LOST OVER 180 POUNDS ON THIS AND STILL GAVE FULL REFUND TO THIS CLIENT. |

Extremely slow delivery service over three weeks, a tracking number wasn't provided and didn't reply to my emails after they received their money. Ebc its a freight service so no tracking not a parcel. you took 3 weeks to pay so did not collect until paid , we waited until paid before contacting you |
