AnyVan makes the most of existing journeys to use as little fuel as possible, but while we massively reduce our carbon footprint through route matching, our vans still produce CO2, just like the others.

Our ambition is for AnyVan to be the greenest way to move on the planet, so we’ve teamed up with World Land Trust to balance all the CO2 our vans produce, by protecting and restoring threatened tropical forests each and every time we move.

Absolutely nothing. It is FREE to sign up as a Transport Provider.
We move, anything, anywhere! We specialise in house moves, vehicle transportation, general furniture delivery, pianos moves and also offer hourly rates too.
You can use any vehicle suitable for the relevant work. To maximise your earnings we recommend that you use a Transit Van (SWB, MWB, LWB+), Luton Van, Flat bed transporters and 7.5t HGVs.
We will verify your account within 24 hours of signing up!


All of our Transport Providers are required to have a valid Driving License. You will also be required to have the relevant insurance for the moves you will be undertaking. E.g: Motor Trade Insurance for transporting vehicles and Good in Transit (GiT) for general courier moves.
We need to ensure that all of our Transport Partners have relevant and valid documents to complete moves.
During the registration process we will direct you to your AnyVan dashboard where you can upload a copy of the relevant documents. Alternatively you can ring our recruitment team on 0203 376 6857
When you initially sign up & when your document(s) are expired/up for renewal.
Unfortunately, we can't get you started until we have approved your insurance documents. However, we have partnerships with leading insurance companies that offer discounted rates for you to get the right insurance. You will get access to this once you sign up.
Unfortunately we cannot process your application if you are a sole trader without a driving license. If you are a LTD company we will need verification of your driver’s licenses.

Your AnyVan Dashboard is where you can access all of your jobs and pending payments. This is where we also keep you to date with all of our new initiatives and schemes. Including top tips on how to maximise your earnings
We encourage our Transport Partners to tell us everything about their vehicle from the make/model, payload to the loading capacity. The more information you provide us with, the easier it is for us to source you relevant work.

These are a list of our guidelines and procedures for you to adhere to before you start accepting jobs.
Yes, it is mandatory for all of our Transport Partners.
You can find this on your dashboard.


The search deliveries page on your dashboard will let you find relevant work according to the filters you set. Don't worry this will be explained during your on-boarding call. But it's very easy!
Yes, AnyVan will send you email notifications based on the search options you have saved.
Yes, input any location and radius and we will find you the most suitable jobs.
Yes, this is easily possible through our route search option.
Add your preference; tell us the moves you specialise in and we will source the best jobs for you! We have a wide variety of jobs ranging from furniture, cars, bikes and pianos!
Yes, you can look for jobs on the same day, tomorrow or on a date(s) in which you wish to work.
You can save all the regular routes you complete, and we will send you relevant alerts that match your preferences.


You will receive a job sheet with all the relevant information: Pick up time, location and any specific instructions you need to complete the move.
This contains all booking details including customer contact details, inventory and special instructions.
You will receive an SMS and an email confirming that you have been allocated to the job.
Yes, you can book yourself multiple jobs along any route.
By calling our transport line, although jobs cancelled within 48 hours may incur a deallocation fee.
Yes, once you are an AnyVan Elite member!
Transport Partner’s who choose to be a part of the AnyVan Elite scheme get AnyVan livery on their vehicle in return for great benefits including early access to jobs and unlimited bookings. Please see the link: https://www.anyvan.com/my-memberships/elite


You are rated anywhere between 1 - 5 on your punctuality, communication, care of goods and presentation.
Customers are asked to provide feedback on their AnyVan experience after the move is completed.
Your feedback is one of the most essential parts of partnering with AnyVan. If your average feedback rating drops below a certain point then we will first give you a warning with guidance on how to improve. Thereafter if it continues to decline, we will have to restrict your access to the jobs on AnyVan.
You can speak to a member of our team if you feel you have been unfairly judged.
Negative feedback caused due to AnyVan or system errors will be removed.


Once you complete a job, your payment will be approved and scheduled.
We run our provider payments twice a week
You can track your payments through your dashboard
Yes, please let us know if the customer changes locations, inventory or requests for additional services.
