How long will it take you to confirm if my availability has been accepted?
We accept/reject any submitted availability between 9am-10am every day (Monday to Sunday).
Are there any restrictions?
At present, this is only open to those with a capacity of 5 m3 / Medium wheelbase or above.
We also need a minimum of four hours' notice for a reservation, with a maximum of 400 miles distance allowed between the start and end locations for a reservation request.
Why is there a range of prices?
We will look to fill up your capacity as much as possible by directing our customers to your availability, however this all depends on what we can push towards your slot, for this reason we add a range from a minimum to a maximum you can earn. For any additional time and distance required to complete the journey above the minimum fee you’ll earn the standard rate.The standard journey rate is:
- £15 for 1 person per hour
- £25 for 2 people per hour
- 30p per mile for fuel
What happens if I want to cancel the reservation?
48 hours before the date you can cancel completely for free, within 48 hours you’ll be charged 100% of the minimum fee. This is due to us advertising your capacity to customers and lowering our price to maximise your empty miles, due to this we will lose money on the job if you cancel within this window.
When do I get paid?
If your reservation is accepted, you'll be paid in the standard payment run; for any unused/maximum reservation fee custom journeys, you must manually submit an invoice.
Please note that ULEZ or congestion zone charges must be invoiced to us manually and are not yet included automatically.
Equally, if you don't match with any of our reservations, you'll still need to invoice us to be paid.
