your goods will be transported by our friendly approachable driver in an immaculate 63 plate Citroen dispatch van, holding courier insurance, goods in transit insurance and public liability insurance.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Would certainly not use this company again nor recommend them to others. I was let down by them 10 minutes before they were due to arrive "due to unforeseen circumstances". I then made arrangements with them for another date and the day before they were due, they rang and altered the time for pickup. Unfortunately I had an accident on the morning of pickup and broke my hip. A few days later my family tried unsuccessfully to contact them again but their mobile phone was switched off and they didn't answer emails sent by Anyvan to contact me. Thanks to Anyvan for returning my deposit. An apology from 5sons would have been appreciated. |

agreed collection time but this was changed without prior agreement with myself or collection address. Arrived 4 1/2 hours after agreed time and surprised no-one was home. Not a good service for working people who have to take time off and make arrangements. No apologies or explanation. 5sons Told to pick up before one pm, driver arrived at 12.15 to fine no one home, and a nasty email sent that we were late. a provisional time of 8am was said however not confirmed. Customer was emailed evening before collection stating we did not have an expected pickup time, however would be before 1pm as agreed, customer did not manage to contact the seller to notify them of this. tried to call seller as she emailed to say she couldn't answer. we then tried to contact to re arrange delivery and was told we are un reliable. |
