Der Transport des Umzugsguts von der Costa Blanca ins Rheinland funktionierte bestens, obwohl er länger dauerte als erwartet und die Kommunikation mit dem spanischen Spediteur etwas schleppend war. Aber die Fahrer der Vans waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Ladung kam komplett und unversehrt an.

The van driver was friendly and it was a fair price.
However, I was told the pickup would happen either the 22'nd, or the 23'rd, and I would be contacted friday the 21'st with exact details.
Friday came and went, with no details, and I could not get in contact with them before monday the 24'th. He said the van driver was sick, but I was stressing the entire weekend without knowing. Then he said they could pick it up the 25'th, and they did.
Now it would arrive at my new home the day after between 10 and 12. Then he said it would be around 12, 12:30 max. When it was 12:35 I tried to call them, with no answer. Then I waited, not knowing anything. The van finally arrived 13:24.
We unpacked the boxes, and one of them was loaded sideways. Keep in mind, I told them I have alot of vinyl records in the boxes. Fortunately, everything was in fine condition when I packed it out. However, when the driver took off, he bent my fence quite severely in doing so.
I would give them 3/5 stars.
Positive because of the end result, negative due to the process.

I am very sorry that you rate our service so poorly but: Your contract was for a flexi date delivery and that was the price you received. You received a preliminary date of 22-23.03 but with the indication that we would confirm it on Friday but that did not happen so you had no reason to stress because we did not plan to collect it on those days. We collected it from you after confirmation on 24th March with the information that we would deliver on 25th March around 12-12.30 but there was an accident on the motorway and the driver was waiting in a traffic jam which caused a 1 hour delay. When you called I did not answer the phone because I had no coverage because I was on a ferry. I do not know anything about any damage, the CMR was signed without any comments. - The box that you and the driver were taking out opened because it was not secured enough, but after checking, nothing was damaged. - The driver told me that he did not park near any fence, so I do not really know what damage you are talking about, and I do not think that if there was any damage, you would have left it without reaction. The whole thing was done according to the order and without damage. I apologize again for the delay caused by traffic difficulties that were not dependent on us. I apologize again, but I think that your assessment is unfair and unjust because we carried out the order according to your instructions. If you had an order for a dedicated date, you would have the right to complain about the 1 hour delay. Best regards.
