WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OCCURING DUE TO POORLY PACKED OR UNPACKED FURNITURE OR ANY OTHER BELONGINGS. Hence, all the items should be packed prior to pick-up on the Customer's behalf.
Any damage claims that may arise after signing off the delivery note will not be taken into consideration. Therefore, you must inspect your goods upon arrival.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

AnyVan booked this guy for moving our household. He came with a van for 5 cubic meters! He wanted to do the job on two journeys and with a double price. It was not his fault. He was trying to resolve the situation. But for us it meant that we needed to re-book and to wait for another week for another van. And, the other van was small, too. Badit Hi , Unfortunately the inventory was inaccurate and instead of 5 mc in the house you had 40mc and allot of weight , that means even if i wanted to take all In one trip it was impossible and illegal. I told you if you want to take all the staff you will need a second van at least and will be a different price . You cannot expect to pay for a 5 mc to be moved and to move 60 mc for that price . Really sorry that I couldn’t help you with the move , but if the inventory it was accurate we didn’t had any problems or issues with the move , and we could make you for the begging the real price for 60 mc . |

Very positive experience everything went well. Badit was very accomodating after a confusion on my part when I did the estimate for the removal. His team was helpful and efficient and they respected the schedule that was announced. They are also available very quickly by email. |
