Please make sure both pick up and delivery details have been filled out correctly as this causes delays without these details we are unable to carry out the job until these have been filled in. I am Bob. i am part of a two man team and the price i quote is the price you pay. I strive to please our customers 100% every-time, We are Anyvan recommended and verified please see our feedback to see what our customers say about us. We treat every item we collect with the care unlike your well known couriers. Please any questions please do not hesitate to message us. We are Anyvan tracked so you can track us 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We have goods in transit and also have business insurance which protects your property in your home when we are moving it. Accept our quote with 100% confidence. I hope to be working with you soon.
Terms and conditions of our service
(1) Please allow us 10 working days to collect and deliver your items.(flexible)
(2) Please give us 3 days to make contact with you as we are away for 2 days at a time working away.
(3) Please if we have van troubles we will make contact as soon as possible and may have to arrange new dates for delivery/Collection
(4) Please be patient with us if we hit traffic and are delayed we can't give time slots for delivery but we call customers 30 minutes to 1 hour before delivery so customers don't have to wait in.
(5) We may ask for 50% of total payment before we do the job due to being messed around by customers who we have arranged days and times for them not to be in. If this happens we will charge the customer the full price for re delivery.

this company cost me £600 in total £300 refund to the buyer and £300 + to replace the machine which had been damaged beound repair Bobsway When i arrived to pick this item up, You wasn't there and left the item outside with somebody in charge. the item was overweight and i refused to take it.but your lacky just wanted it gone i didn't put it on the van your lacky and the fencing people put it on the van i just assisted as it was to heavy. when it fell down they sideballed onto the taillift and crowbarred it onto the van. you knew what you needed for the job but went the cheapest way of doing it as a 7.5 tonne was needed or a flat bed truck with hiab foolish when standind it didn't fit under the back door and no mention of any keep upright |

There was some confusion about the delivery time.....but I got my goods eventually. Polite man but a bit annoying that he never was contactable as his mobile was often switched off...especially when there is confusion about delivery times. |
