About Me
we are a national service we will collect and deliver between the hours of 7am and 10pm unless requested outside of these hours.
We can collect from single items to full van loads. We will always endevour to collect and deliver things within 7 days of the bid being accepted. (unless specific date asked for)
Please note that we are a courier service and have goods in transit insurance and not removal insurance. Only one driver on the van so assistance with large items will be required unless specifically stated for 2 men which can be done on request.

This company twice failed to turn up for collection. On first occasion said they had wheel bearing problems on van. New date was arranged & they again did not arrive. I rang them & was told they were unable to reach me on that day. Would it not have been polite to have informed me of this instead of making me wait at home all afternoon for a collection that did not happen? Their excuse was that they were behind due to van's breakdown. They agreed to telephone the following week to re-arrange collection. They did not phone. This company is based in the north. It would appear they are over stretching themselves if they bid for a job in the south e.g. Hampshire. Would not recommend using them if you live in the south. They could do with developing a bit more duty of care to their customer. I have since booked with another company. |

Rearranged twice due to van issues then their driver never showed. Main staff helpful, but driver really let then down. Unimpressed. |

Driver made my wife believe she had to pay £70 when it was meant to be only £32.20 Cufc (306) replied: i am appalled by this feedback yes there was a mis understanding with the payment however the police were not threatened i requested your bank details to return the money which was done immediately plus extra money as way of appology!! however myself your wife and the driver tried to contact you on several occassions to no avail also i requested that you rang me but this didnt happen either!! |
