Terms and Conditions:
If you have more items than stated on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
Some of our international quotes do not include road tools and ferry/tunnel charges (dedicated van).
If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
We do not take liability for fragile items that we transport and they are not packed for transit. Only if you choose the packing services and we pack your items.
If a job is cancelled at short notice (within 48 hours of arranged time) a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £20 per 30 minutes will be charged.
We do not take responsibility for IKEA Furniture reassembling damage.
Sometimes things go wrong, traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day, whilst we will endeavor to keep you fully informed we may, due to time restraints, have to reschedule your job.
It is your responsibility to check that any item you bought will fit into your home or place of work, because if dismantling and assembling is needed then extra charges will apply.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure our removal vans will have space to park or you will incur the parking cost. Any parking fines will have to be paid by the customer.
After a booking is made half of the outstanding invoice need to be paid, and the other half before delivery.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Ich würde diesen Fahrer nicht nochmals buchen. Er hatte seine Kosten nicht richtig berechnet und bat mich nach akzeptierter Offerte einen zusätzlichen Betrag für das Befahren in die Londoner Innenstadt (congestion charge) zu bezahlen. Da er selbst seit Jahren in London wohnt, hätte ich erwartet dass er diese Gebühr bereits in seiner Offerte berücksichtigt. Aus Kulanz habe ich diese aber ohne Kommentar bezahlt. Als ich dann ein paar Umzugskartons mehr hatte als geplant (aber immer noch weit unter dem geschätzten Umfang in meinem Antrag auf Offertstellung), zeigte er sich seinerseits überhaupt nicht kulant und bestand auf der Bezahlung eines weiteren Aufpreises. Die Lieferung war um 16:00 Uhr am Folgetag vereinbart, da er wusste dass mein Flug erst nach 15:00 Uhr landen würde und ich daher vorher nicht zuhause sein konnte. Um 10:00 klingelte er Sturm bei meiner älteren kranken Nachbarin und kontaktierte mich mehrmals - er sei nun da und möchte gerne liefern (ich war noch im Ausland und auf dem Weg zum Flughafen). Ich musste meine Eltern aus dem 20km entfernten Nachbardorf aufbieten (die einen Schlüssel hatten) um meine Sachen entgegen zu nehmen. Alles in Allem eher eine ärgerliche Erfahrung. Elenaion From my side of the story I have respected my part of the job. From the beginning the congestion charge was agreed to be paid by the customer ( check messages between TP and customer ). The extra items were brought to the customer’s attention and customer agreed to pay for them ( I believe it’s normal when you have extra items last minute, the work and time of the TP to be repaid accordingly ). When I got at the delivery address , earlier that day I ASKED the customer if it’s possible to unload earlier ( I asked not requested !! ) Customer agreed to help TP on this matter sending parents with the key to open premises ! |

Very good experience with John and his collegue. They arrived on time at the collection point and let me know of their progression, delivering the same day in France, and not at night time as it seemed possible to happen because they had to take their ferry ticket after being paid half the fees in the morning. John even accepted some euros to complete the second payment on arrival, evaluating £1=1€ |

Elenaion was just perfect for our delivery to Lecce, Italy. I was looking for a one man driver who could provide a personal service and he was brilliant, wonderful, super professional and we kept in touch all the time before and during the move. I even sent him my house keys in England to do the loading himself. I did not want to hire a company that is impersonal and uses third parties.
