Really poor service and terrible communications. Tried to change date after we had confirmed and paid deposit. Then did not show up at agreed time. Did not respond to multiple messages and calls for over 5 hours after the scheduled time. Then we received a text saying he wasn't coming, stating some 'idiot' had damaged his van the previous evening. Regardless of whether or not this excuse was true, we should have heard well before the scheduled time, not after, that he was not coming, and that alternative arrangements were being made. Not recommended. |
