Welcome to essex same day couriers. We specialise in dedicated delivery services and do not Load your goods with other people's to help ensure the safe transportation of your valuables. We operate a clean reliable 2012 LWB Transit. Dimensions: Length 3400, Width 1800, height 1900.
Our uniformed professional staff will always go out of their way to help with your transport requirements and we always conduct ourselves in a professional manner dedicated to giving our clients customer satisfaction whist working to their specification and time constraints. Any bid placed by us is for a 1 man and van service unless we have advised otherwise. Please always check our availability before accepting a bid as this can change. If your collection and delivery dates are flexible then you would be booked into an available slot within 7 days of booking. If a particular date or time has been quoted then our quote is based on that particular date only and if changed may incur additional charges. All prices quoted are for ground floor to ground floor deliveries additional charges of £7.50 per flight of stairs per man are charged on the day unless agreed otherwise. All prices are based on the description of items given. We have the right to refuse items which were not agreed on or a charge of £5 per item will incur to be paid on the day. Price is for 1 trip in our transit if you have underestimated the amount of goods you need to move and they do not fit in 1 trip we deserve the right to refuse those items or charge he appropriate amount on the day for a second journey. To confirm your booking we ask for a non refundable deposit of 20% and the remainder of the balance must be paid in full prior to collection. Any additional charges incurred can be paid in cash or by bank transfer on the day of the move.
Prices quoted are based on the journey mileage stated on AnyVan. Any stops on route are charged at £7.50 per stop on the day and any additional mileage resulted from extra stops or inaccurate addresses is charged at £1.10 per mile.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Didn't turn up and has not returned calls or emails. Essex87 The terms on my profile clearly stipulate that all payments must be made prior to collection. The reason for this is after Any Van take their excessive 37.5% commission, Diesel and my own overheads I am left with a very small margin. In the past I have been stung by customers wanting to renegotiate the cost of transport after the job is complete. In order to save this and the awkwardness of dealing with monies I make the simple reasonable request of payment before collection. As this didn't happen, nor attempted to, I was not obliged to collect the item. |
