TERMS and CONDITIONS
-Quotes are based on the information/Inventory you provide to us on ANYVAN.
You must understand we are not able to view your items prior to accepting your job.
We are very professional at what we do, we do home/office removal and deliveries anywhere were based in south west london, were new on Anyvan so were willing to work to gaine your trust we provide a prompt, professional and reliable service, with very good communication during the process.
If our bids are accepted, all details are correctly passed over straight away by the right right people to ensure, we deliver fast and safely and we will contact both parties in order to arrange a mutually convenient time to complete your delivery.
Your items will be collected and signed for wrapped and tied securely inside the van so its safe..
Please note if all is not as mentioned we may charge you more

Despite a cancellation, then being several hours late and arriving at 10pm, we were very impressed. It perhaps wasn't made clear enough in my listing that the baby grand was to go up a flight of stairs (my fault). Nonetheless, and despite the time, they threw themselves into it and were determined to get the job done. They showed great concern that nothing was damaged and were a very nice bunch of lads. Recommended. PS - You left a baseball cap here...drop an email and we'll post it off. |

They did the job as what I expected but not happy with the final fee. I listed the job to be completed on the same day so I expect to be quoted for same day fee. I choose the company not because they are the cheapest as I can get cheaper company. The reason I don't go for the cheapest because of bad experience with some drivers. When I have to pay to the driver, I was told that I need to pay extra £10 for same day delivery. This was stated in the invoice. Maybe I have myself to partly blame. I didn't check the invoice. Though, they should state this in the bid and not after I accept the bid. I don't know if I can reject the bid after I receive the invoice. Not bother to check with Anyvan. I learn my lesson. From now on, before accepting a bid, I will ask if there is any surcharge for the same day delivery. FastPick (66) replied: As you know 2 men is needed to carry a fridge a driver of mine had to shoot of to the hospital for the birth of his child, the booking was for 8pm we can asked if it was possible to do the job a hour early or re book for the morning and had no repose, the gentleman than called me after 8 and being the gentleman I am I personally carried the job after 10pm to unsure the customer is happy but only to receive a bad feedback so cheers for that pal |

I wasn't overly impressed, I done a lot of lifting and moving which I was not expecting to do hence whyI got a van. Also an extra £10 was added on the invoice which I wasn't informed about FastPick (66) replied: We do ask that people are to be honest and to list numbers of boxes and size etc... this customer did not do so however I still did the job for with no extra cost, on my own in the rain I also allowed her to add a heavy bed she did not mention, This job also included carrying each item and heavy box for about 100 yard in a very long narrow hall way that wasn't mentioned, I also had to load everything into a lift than unload it all and walk another 30 yards, this job took about 3 hours and I did it all for £58 also i repeatedly told the lady I will carry it all so please relax and have a cup of tea, she insisted on carrying small items only to complain about it on the feedback form... I sadly regret to say I will be avoiding this customer in the future thank you. |
