He never made it ! Said all sort of things ,but the long and short of it was he agreed to doing the job then backed out at the very last minute ,leaving me up the creek without a paddle ! Lucky the agency steeped in and found someone else ! |

booked for friday pick up / delivery was told 10pm he would deliver. at 6pm got a text asking to deliver on sat which i agreed to as he wouldn't deliver that day so was ment to be at mine for 6am didnt come waited till 8am before texting/calling him but drivers phone was turned of so called other number and asked what was going on and was told he will find out didnt get back i had to call him then driver text me at 10am and said he had two jobs in london then he will deliver didnt get bike till 4.30pm dont use these guys as its stressful not knowing where your bike is and being let down when they had bid for sameday job Jimmy37 (298) replied: Yes the job was for the same day but one my costumes I was lait because I have to stai 2h for collect the bike on copart auctions and the end I lost the costumes is not fear I work ward for all off you thanks |

The van came from far away so arrived late but the guys were great. They got the wardrobe in which was a miracle!! Only downside is that they expected me to pay the complete price even though I had already paid the 20 pound deposit! The guy just said that he was asked to pick up a certain amount and did not really know anything about deposits. Apart from that - the service was good. Jimmy37 (298) replied: Hi deposit is for any van not for the any couriear work in any van. Collection and delivery times from quote were altered by mutual agreement - easy to contact by phone and text. Very helpful and very polite - took beds apart very carefully - and offered to reassemble on delivery. |
