Unfortunately, I was let down by jimstran which resulted in me having to go and collect the item myself. He did however respond promptly to my messages, and at least have the courtesy to at least tell me he couldn't do it. This is just my experience of using jimstran, but he has positive feedback too, so I urge you to also read the positive feedback to hear what his other customers thought. Jimstran (16) replied: i am a sole trader and it is difficult sometimes to make run's as not every1 reply's or accepts bids i work very hard and do very long hours and it is also difficult to find time to bid on jobs i had no intention of letting him down but as the bid amount was low i couldn't do it for the quoted price on its own :( i only want to provide excellent sevice with maximum care and with a friendly attitude once again i do apologise for letting you down :( |
