That's all I can say. The service was EXCELLENT.
They are a husband and wife team. They have insurance of up to 30,000 pounds to deliver your car anywhere in whole UK and Europe. Fully Comprehensive Insurance.

Their insurance is Fully Comp Trade Insurance with up to 30,000 pounds if vehicle get damaged. They have D1 licence, can drive anything up to 7.5 tonne.

They arrived on time. Not a minute late. Was very polite even though the post code I gave them for the location was roughly half an mile away from where they were suppose to pick it up.
Extremely friendly.

They drove my 7.5 tonne limousine Hummer H2. The limo was same length as a double decker bus. The driver is very very experienced. They drove with care and drove the vehicle like their own.

As long as your vehicle drives then they are your heroes to deliver your vehicle. Most vehicles do not require a transporter as long as it drives.

My hummer is worth much more than 30,000 pounds, but I knew their 30,000 fully comprehensive insurance is more than adequate, as if your vehicle get damaged then its unlikely the vehicle will be damaged beyond 30,000 pounds repairs bill. So if you have a luxury car, don't worry, it will be ok.

They are very good value for money. A friendly husband and wife team. I was gobsmacked when at the end of the delivery they asked if I would like a lift home. I told them I live 12 miles away, and its not the miles, its the traffic, for me to travel from my limousine storage garage to my home, it took them good 40-45 minutes, there was no complaint from them.

I told them I will get a train or a bus, but no they were a very friendly couple, they stuck to their words and delivered me home after they delivered my limousine.

During the limousine delivery, they also told me the faults they were experiencing, such as sudden power cuts, the side wing mirror not adjusting properly, battery not charging.

And to give me the best customer service, the geeza even told me if I would like to check how it drives on LPG ( as my limousine drives on 6.8 litre petrol as well as LPG), He drove half of the journey on petrol and half of the journey on LPG. He did not worry about his time.

The best people I ever met in transport business. So don't go for price, go for services. In the past I came across very cheap transporters whom were half drunk or have very rude attitude problems. But if you use them (Mark and Charlene team) then you can assured you will get the best service, they are very friendly.

A husband a wife team, very cute an they are very happy together. You will feel like giving them more jobs even when you can do the job yourself, because they are so friendly that it makes you think do good people like them still exist.
