I am a friendly helpfu owner driver that has a track record of the pick up and delivery of sensitive legal documentation. In addition to this I also specialise in the transportation of professional sound and lighting equipment. Having said that I will be more than willing and helpful in the transportation of your goods however small or large whatever the distance. Please note all bids accepted will be carried out even if it means the job loses me money as I am 1 man with a van I carry out all accepted jobs so please be paitent when contacting me after acceptance.
Terms And Conditions- A flexible listing means flexible. A flexible listing does not mean stipulating exact days and exact times on when the job needs to be done all though I will do my best to fit your job in when you need it doing but at times this is not allways possible. When a bid is accepted and this happens I reserve the right to refer the job back to Anyvan admin for ajudication.
I dont want to put the good clients off by this I have had a few clients recently that have caused me problems with this and it has affected my personal life because of it.
I am 1 man with a van who bids on jobs , books them in and speaks to clients personally and I CARRY OUT ALL MY JOBS PERSONALLY no 3rd party is involved at any stage.
Here at AnyVan, we recognise the importance of finding a reliable company hence the reason for the Certified Badge found on their profile page.
The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Paid the deposit 2 hours after the offering but couldn't get in contact with the driver to arrange the delivery, tried to call and email multiple times within the next 24 hours. Had to cancel the job through anyvan, and start over again. There's probably a reason for this, and I can see that everybody else are happy with him, so I'm maybe just unlucky. What ever the reason is, it would be nice to know when it is possible to get in contact for the arrangements. Even if it's not within the next couple of days. I'm not pissed. It's just annoying. |

I accepted his quote, paid deposit, but he failed to do the job, respond to telephone calls or emails. Suspect there may be an expanation, but he let me down badly and would not respond Paulh16 Firstly the deposit doesn't go to me it goes to Anyvan and I don't recieve a penny of that. The lack of responce was due to me being in hospital having eye surgery due to an accedent on a cricket pitch and reciving a cricketball to my eyesocket. Secondly having now looked back at corespondence you sent you told me that you were making other arrangements for this job and didn't need me to do it. I didn't respond as I was in no position to being in hospital. I apologise for not being able to do the job but I hope you understand why! |
