Stafo Hi Im just transport provide!Somone from the Anivan team booked this job without even cheking if I'm available and this is not first time and on the next morning you spooke with me I told you that you have to speek with them and alocate the job to samone else!Also I dont undarstend why they told you that driver can take pasanger when the insurance not covering people transport and this is not legal!That why Im sending message with every quote to every customer to check availability with me before booking and paying deposit!Also the deposit is taken by anyvan and they have to refund it to you! |

This person accepted the job, I paid the €70 deposit, and then changed their minds. Where the fuck is my €70 now? Because I'm not paying another deposit to the next company. Stafo Hi we are not accepting the jobs we are loading quotes just and with every quote we are sending our massage with terms and conditions which you are accepting with the quote you didn't confirm collection and delivery dates,dimensions also you didn't post it as 2 man Job but 1 man job!After accepting the quote you called me and told us that's 2 man job and needs to be done within 2-3 days that's all need to be confirmed with us before accepting! About the deposit you have to speak with anyvan they will sort it out for you we are not taking deposits! Thanks and have a good day! |
