HI I'm Steve your bidder.
I hope you find my bid of interest. I offer a fast professional service. I assure you that my bid covers your description of items and is inclusive of all fees, tolls, fuel surcharges and reasonable loading/offloading time. Extra items will only be accepted at my discretion dependant of having room on van. It is always best to agree these items while sorting out times etc.
I generally work as one man with van. I will need assistance loading and unloading heavy/awkward items . However, I can arrange an extra porter for some jobs. While I am happy to assist with placing your items, please make me aware of any access problems such as narrow passages or stairs etc. I need this information to ensure we can agree a safe way of ensuring you receive the service you require.
Please ensure your items are ready to be collected (eg: As close to the door as possible and packaged well) AHEAD of our arrival. I will also protect your property with corner protectors where applicable, purpose made delivery blankets and I will secure your property with webbing straps incorporating rachet tensioners.
Please note that whilst I carry all relevant insurances, no insurance claims for damage can be considered on ANY item that has not been packaged appropriately in cardboard and / or bubble wrap. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure your item is sufficiently protected. Items containing glass, marble or otherwise fragile items are sent wholly at YOUR OWN RISK of breakage. Glass / Mirrors CAN break in transit and are NOT insured as such.
If specific pickup/delivery times are stated, these refer to the next trip going to your areas. I regularly do these routes so it is usually possible to arrange another time within 7-10 days.
I am confident that you will love my service. I am always especially keen to receive good feedback to build my reputation as your company of choice. I am therefore as flexible as I can be to ensure you get a hassle free service.

Delived. Stemove YEs, I fully understand why you have not given me a +'ve feedback. You had text me an instruction to ring you 30mins before arrival and I telephoned you to advice a 1 hour window when I would arrive which you agreed to. As most couriers will only commit to a am or pm delivery the majority of me customers are impressed with that level of service. But not you, you wanted a phone call as well but did not tell me that. When I arrived you were not there and you kept me waiting for 50mins and agued with me for another 30mins because I asked for a £10 extra waiting charge. The only reason I didn't refuse to deliver you item after your rudeness is because I wasn't sure how I stood legally. In the end I had to deliver your item for the initial sum having been made over an hour late for every other customer. In my opinion you are an unreasonable disgusting little man. I don't even know why I am wasting my time writing this response. |
