2014-06-11 17:54:44 | The job says Flexible this means that on a suitable day for both parties. However, the customer insisted I do the job when I was already booked up. I informed him of this by telephone yet he still thinks its all my fault. Hence the negative feedback. What can I say? Flexible doesn't mean being impatient. |
