Arrived around 18:00. Would have been better if during the day there were updates on ETA, and if it was clear it was after 16:00 from the morning then it would have been better to message that in the morning, rather than 2 stops before me, 2 stops could be 30 mins away or 4 hours away. The actual pickup and drop up was great, with no issues, and took care of the goods.

I was very apprehensive about using a stranger to courier something I bought on EBay but now I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Pedro and his colleague were punctual and took care moving my furniture safely. During the transfer I tried calling to let them know they may have had to meet my partner at the drop off site but they never answered each time, I'm not sure if this was a technical issue of AnyVan's phone connection service though and was no problem in the end. Pedro made sure to put my furniture in the storage container in the most optimal way so appreciate their time taken.
