I recently used AnyVan for my move, and overall, it was a really smooth experience. The only minor downside was that the team arrived later than originally planned - I was 13th on their list, and they mentioned some delays along the way, including getting stuck in a lift at one of their previous stops. That said, the service itself was excellent. The team handled everything with great care, both my belongings and the properties. I was particularly concerned about my sofa, as it's mostly a single, non-disassemblable piece. Moving it was a real challenge, especially through the narrow corridors and doorways. The team absolutely nailed it. They navigated the tricky spaces with precision, ensuring no damage or marks. The pickup was even more difficult since it was from a basement flat, but they managed it flawlessly. Overall, a very pleasant experience - I highly recommend AnyVan for their professionalism and skill!

The service response to the initial enquiries, and subsquent queries was always swift and informative. Anyvan sems to have a sophisticated suite of systems to run the business, one of the outputs of which is excellent informatiopn about what is going on with one's own job - intial 8 hour window, then narrowed down three hours window, then live updates about where the driver is and what his ETA will be - whish was accurate.. Our driver was Mason, who was very friendly, competent, creative and all times helpful to the customer. We give him 5 stars1. Excellent service overall, well done. I will definitely recommend anyvan.com to anyone in my family or friends who has a small/modest moving job to have done.
