Good communication, lovely people who delivered. Really friendly and took my delivery to the kitchen for me.

Both, at the initial administrative booking stage, as well as the deployment stage, I received an exceptionally high level of professional customer friendly engagement and cordiality, distinctly unlike some of the mega faceless beasts I have encountered in the past. The two cool guys who swung into the groove to do my eagerly awaited move were father and son from Brazil, and I established an instant rapport with them - the sort of guys you’d gladly like to meet again. The customer service, timing and online tracking was impeccable, both at the point of collection and delivery. The loading and offloading was executed with all due diligence and a light and meticulous touch, ensuring all items were moved and stacked in the right order, according to their vulnerability and moveability. Even my delicate trembling household plants in their expectant pots were delivered like babies in their gently rocking cots. Because I was very rushed and short of time, some of my more delicate items didn’t get the protective packaging they needed. But I must confess the boys from Brazil handled them with such tender finis and skill, to ensure they were well protected, and it was such an unexpected thrill to discover none of my items were damaged in any way, travelling up and down each long and distant road and hill. So I hope you get my drift, whatever you need to lift, I’d gladly recommend AnyVan’s services to anyone who needs to make that homely shift. The replacement driver I would definitely recommend but this is the second time I've been left waiting on drivers by a few hours and considering the amount I paid, I find this disgusting

My driver Oday, was very pleasant from the first interaction till the last. All my items were safely and quickly loaded. He and his assistant worked brilliantly and I am beyond delighted with the service I received.

Our anyvan guys were really helpful and friendly. And also very quick at loading and unloading our things. We had some trouble dismantling our bed frame and wardrobe and they sorted that out for us. Our second experience using anyvan and another 10/10. Thank you!
