Jamie was excellent, great can-do attitude. We had a few access issues he managed to solve without any fuss.

Really efficient and did a speedy job and a quick turnaround considering the very long distance. Helpful and communitive throughout as well they showed me pictures of where they put things when they had arrived and I felt just really reassured with them.

Good experience. Christinel was very professional and helpful. He and his colleague were punctual and on time. They were very systematic and ensured that the items were safely delivered to each room. Their service was excellent. I do however have an issue with AnyVan itself. The website is terribly vague and needs to be more specific regarding certain furniture options. The rates are quite high compared to dealing directly with drivers.

I was kept informed all the way through process. Tracking app assisted this. My items were swiftly loaded onto van and offloaded at the other end. They were swift and efficient. The only thing I didn't realise is that you have to tell them exactly what you have down to the last box. So a learning curve for me. But reasonably happy with the process.

After the initial van broke down, the two men that jumped in to the rescue at the last minute were amazing. Nothing was any trouble. They were both courteous and polite, even after a very long journey. The communication was fantastic from the start to the finish. Both men worked extremely hard. Thank you guys… much appreciate all your help.

The team arrived on time and took great care in getting our furniture out of our old flat and into our new one. They had to negotiate stairs and stair-lifts in both locations. Likeable and polite men.
